As the Easter period comes to an end we thought we’d extend the season by dishing up a delicious recipe set to help you stay in the mood!
What that recipe is for? Beautiful roast potatoes!
Here’s how we make ’em!
Step 1: Par boil for 12 mins.
Step 2: Ruffle edges with a fork then add to a hot pan of olive oil.
Step 3: Add garlic cloves & sprinkle with sea salt & a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Step 4: Roast on 225c for 45 mins until golden brown.
Step 5: Enjoy!
