Super Food Of The Week: Avocado

This superfood has been getting so much good press lately.

Why? Well, besides its nutritional make up of B vitamins, Phosphorus, protein, Vitamin K & good fats it also stands as one of the most versatile foods known to man as far as recipes go!

There are a few varieties of this fruit, some being more richer in flavour than others but all- much to our delight- are just nutritious as the other.

Here at King’s Kitchen you’ll find this running through our the majority of menus, whether in a salad or as a side of guacamole.

We love it!

However, as is always the case, too much of a good thing can be bad, so don’t over do it!!!
